Thank you for all the responses that have so far been sent to Nicky Baker. Cracker Beginners group

The Cracker beginner/improver/returner group is designed to help people prepare to take part in the race on 10th of December. The group will start on the 2nd of October for a 10-week period with meetings taking place on Monday evening and Saturday morning. If you have any friends who would like to take part in the group, they still have time and can join the group on Saturday the 7th or Monday the 9th of Oct so don’t let them think they are too late. Please get friends and contacts to message/mail Paul Baker or Rachel Stacey for more information and to register.

The group is open not only to non-WAC members but also to any WAC members who may have been injured or had a lay-off and are looking for support and company to help them back to running.
