Tuesday 28/11 meet 6.50 at the smaller shelter (with glass in the windows) 200 metres South of the Trop (enter Marine Parade via Royal Sands).

Weather permitting there will be a choice of two sessions:
Session one

2x 1 min, 2x 2min, 2x 3min, 1x 4min, back down all with rolling recoveries

Second session

12x 400
