There will be 2 organised reps/interval sessions this Tuesday 16/4/24 –
Session one:
Focus – changing pacing.
Warm up – 5 mins progressive as (2mins easy, 30 secs moderate pace, 30 secs easy) repeat 3 times.
Main set – Focus progressive pacing.
5 x 1 minute getting quicker on each minute – 30 secs rolling recovery.
3 min moderate pace
5 x 90 secs getting quicker on each 90 secs – 45 secs rolling recovery.
3 min easy pace
4 x 3min as (2 min easy, 1 minute fast)
Cool down – 5 min very easy
Second session:
On the beach – 10 x 3mins fast/90 secs easy
Both sessions for all abilities
All meet at the shelter between the Trop and Revo at 6.50 for 7.00pm start.
