This Saturdays session is hill repeats – 10×1 minute with usual recovery. Meet at Uphill boat yard at 8:00. Suitable for all abilities- you might want to wear trail shoes, but not essential. Sunshine guaranteed (maybe)

Local parkrun takes place at 9:00am each week at Weston seafront, also PR’s at Burnham , Clevedon, Cheddar and Ashton Court
