TWAC session this week 27/11/23 is titled ‘Not Quite Hell Steps’

This is a hill loop session. how many loops can you do in and hour(ish)?

Meet at black rock car park at 6:50 for a 7pm kick off. After running to the start point a short distance away get started on the loops. The route is about half a mile with a cheeky hill but lovely meandering downhill to make up for it!
